2015 - 2016 Academic Year
We will start accepting applications via ERAS in September of 2014 for the 15-16 Academic Year.
We have existed as the 'Boise Track' of the UW Internal Medicine residency since 1977 and in July 2011 we became the second residency in the UW Department of Medicine. During our time as a track, 223 graduates have gone on to office-based internal medicine, hospital medicine, or further subsepecialty training in approximately equal numbers. Currently 31% are practicing in Idaho and 70% in the five-state WWAMI region. Our graduates are succesful members of academic departments around the nation.
Applications for internship will be accepted only through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) from September 1st to December 31st, 2014. All intern positions will be filled through the National Residency matching program (NRMP).
